A beta test will be conducted from December 2 to December 9 on mobile platforms. There will be a total of 3,000 applicants chosen to participate in the closed beta test, split equally between Android and iOS. If the number of applicants exceeds the allocated amount, then DMM will deploy a lottery system to decide who can participate.

Blue Reflection Sun follows a phenomenon that occurred a year and a half ago that caused ashes to fall from the sky. While nothing suspicious happened immediately, people around the world eventually learned that ash was a poisonous substance that invades bodies.

Currently, it is not known whether Blue Reflection Sun will be released in Japan or ported to other platforms.
