Bread Source is an independent artisan bakery based in Norfolk that specializes in simple, honest products made using traditional techniques and high quality ingredients. The company was founded in 2012 by current owner and award-winning pastry chef Steven Winter and his wife Hannah.

e-Pharmacy is a Norwich-based healthcare technology company that works with third-party companies to bring prescription drugs to their customers. It allows partner brands to offer drugs on their existing website or mobile app, removing barriers to health and reducing the burden on the NHS.

The company was founded in 2018 by Dr Oskar Wendowski and Dr Thuria Wenba, two NHS professionals seeking to make a difference in patient care. It uses paperless prescriptions, fully recyclable packaging, and 100% renewable energy servers to ensure it takes care of the planet while caring for patients.
The judges were impressed with the scalability of e-Pharmacy’s business model and the opportunities offered by the large market in which it operates. “The owners have built an innovative, agile and sustainable business that is ideally placed to grow quickly and seize new opportunities,” they commented.
Netmatters is a full-service digital agency with over 90 staff members, offering expertise in software development, IT consulting, telecommunications, digital marketing, web design, and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2008, originally specializing in IT support and website design. It has since grown rapidly, expanding to new locations in Cambridge, Wymondham and Great Yarmouth.
The judges commented: “Netmatters has shown steady and strong growth and expects equally impressive financial performance in the years to come. The team could point to gradual increases in earnings that are expected to continue in the years to come.
“The carefully planned expansion in Cambridge displays the attitude of sustainable growth at the heart of the business. The owners have shown that the company’s commitment to building long-term customer relationships provides a solid foundation for its continued growth locally and now beyond.
Yellow Brick Mortgages
Yellow Brick Mortgages is a Norfolk-based mortgage brokerage and protection firm. Founded by Greg Marcham and Stephen Perkins in 2018, the company has quickly grown into one of Norfolk’s largest financial brokerage firms with over 40 advisers, and has recently grown across East Anglia and even into Scotland.
With a focus on the customer experience, Yellow Brick Mortgages has managed to increase its revenue from thousands to millions.
